Data Collected and Its Use

Creating a GQVPN account requires no email address; a username and password are enough. The system stores the username, securely processed password credentials, account status, and subscription status for authentication, account management, and service delivery. Passwords are not stored in directly readable plain text.

When you purchase a subscription or data package, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, order status, payment channel, payment result, and necessary transaction reference information. These records help confirm payment, activate service, process refunds, review unusual orders, and meet necessary financial obligations. Traffic usage and remaining plan allowance are also processed to enforce quotas and display account status.

The website may collect basic access analytics, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, and reduced or de-identified network information. This data helps identify page issues, assess usability, and evaluate site operation. It is not used to build a profile of users' browsing interests.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

GQVPN does not record which websites users visit, store webpage content, DNS queries, communications, or data transmitted within applications, and does not create historical records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

While the network acceleration service is running, the system may temporarily process technical information needed to establish a connection, such as authentication results, traffic allowance, and route scheduling status. This processing enables connections, limits unusual requests, and helps troubleshoot current faults. GQVPN does not retain browsing logs that can be persistently linked to account activity; temporary diagnostic information is deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting or security purposes are complete.

If a user submits a support ticket, the error description, screenshots, or diagnostic content included in it becomes part of the support record. Remove personal information unrelated to the issue before submitting.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data maintains sessions, reduces repeated actions, and displays pages in the selected language. If necessary storage is disabled, login status, the account panel, or some security checks may not work properly.

The service does not require users to provide additional account details solely to display marketing content. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings; after clearing them, they will typically need to log in again and select their preferences again.

Payment Processing and Third Parties

GQVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service provider. To complete a transaction, the system sends the payment provider the order identifier, amount due, and information required to complete payment; the provider handles transaction data according to its own rules.

GQVPN receives the payment result and necessary transaction reference information to confirm orders, deliver subscriptions, and handle disputes. Authentication credentials for payment accounts are handled by the payment service provider; the service does not ask users to submit such credentials on GQVPN pages. When using these payment methods, users should also review the relevant provider's privacy notice.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active to support login, subscription delivery, and account management. Order and refund records are retained for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and necessary compliance obligations; once the processing purpose is fulfilled, data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Access analytics are retained only as needed for site analysis and troubleshooting, and are not used to restore an individual's access history.

Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. Before deleting an account, the system may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. If some order records cannot temporarily be deleted because of a transaction dispute or necessary obligation, their use will be restricted, and deletion will continue once the retention basis no longer applies.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated when data processing methods, payment flows, website features, or applicable requirements change. The new version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Material changes to data use will be highlighted through visible notices on the site.

Data collected before a policy update will continue to be processed for the purposes stated at collection and under applicable requirements. If a new purpose materially differs from the original purpose, GQVPN will provide the necessary explanation before beginning the relevant processing.
