Service Content and Scope
GQVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, access to international websites, and improved connection quality on international routes. The service covers 120+ countries / 210+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client entry points are determined by the information shown on the website and in the user panel at the relevant time.
Network acceleration optimizes data transmission paths, but actual connection performance is still affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, target service status, device configuration, and congestion on public networks. GQVPN may change available routes and access methods for maintenance, security, capacity management, or route adjustments. These changes do not alter subscription traffic rules that have already been clearly stated.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and ticket actions performed through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change the password and stop sharing the old credentials.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but subscription benefits are for the account holder and their reasonable management scope only. Subscriptions may not be sold, rented, or transferred. Users may not continuously share accounts, subscription details, or access permissions with unrelated third parties, or distribute credentials through public channels. Bulk resale, delegated distribution, or providing commercial access to others through the same subscription is outside normal use.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details before placing an order. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the areas where the service is actually used, and must independently determine whether particular websites, applications, or content may be accessed. GQVPN does not manage content that users create, upload, download, transmit, or store through network connections.
Users may not use the service for illegal activities, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, disruption of network operations, large-scale unsolicited messaging, or conduct that may lead to the misuse of routes, address resources, or infrastructure. Users may not continuously consume abnormal resources through automation or attempt to compromise the service’s authentication, billing, quota, or operations mechanisms.
If such conduct may affect other users, route providers, or service security, GQVPN may restrict the relevant connection, require the conduct to stop, or handle the account in accordance with these terms.
Service Availability and Liability
GQVPN continuously maintains its routes and client access, but does not promise permanent availability for any particular website, application, region, or network environment. When a target service changes its regional policies, authentication methods, or interface rules, existing routes may require a new selection or configuration. Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, and uncontrollable public infrastructure events may also cause brief interruptions.
Users should keep their important data, account recovery information, and necessary configurations. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, losses caused by user device failures, configuration errors, changes to third-party services, public network problems, or violations of these terms are the responsibility of the relevant party. GQVPN provides troubleshooting and handling for verifiable issues within the service scope, but does not guarantee the functions, content, or account status of third-party platforms.
Suspension and Termination
Relevant connections may be suspended when a subscription expires, its traffic allowance is exhausted, payment is incomplete, account credentials are publicly distributed, a subscription is resold, service resources are used abnormally, or acceptable-use requirements are violated. When circumstances need to be verified, users may submit a ticket through the user panel with an explanation.
For accounts involved in continued violations, repeated abuse, serious disruption to service operations, or a clear risk to other users, GQVPN may terminate access. Measures are determined based on the nature and scope of the conduct. Account termination does not affect lawful order records created before termination, dispute-handling obligations, or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law.
Refunds and Terms Updates
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Refund rules are governed by these terms and the information shown on the order page; users should confirm that the selected order is accurate before submitting a request.
GQVPN may update these terms due to changes in service content, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operating procedures. Updates will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Important changes affecting user rights or usage rules will be described in a visible notice on the website or in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means accepting the revised content. If users disagree, they may stop renewing and stop using the service.
